Cosmic Wheel — Promotion Terms

The Cosmic Wheel gives visitors of astro-synth.com a discount on the AstroSynth compatibility report. These terms explain exactly how it works.

1. Organiser

2. Who can take part

Anyone aged 18 or over. Taking part is free. No purchase is necessary to spin the wheel or to receive a promo code, and buying something does not improve your chances.

3. How it works

1. You spin the wheel on the Cosmic Wheel page.
2. The result is chosen at random by our server; the wheel then stops on the matching sector.
3. To receive the promo code for your discount you enter your email address. The code is sent by email only and is not shown on the page. In the browser where you asked for it, the discount is also applied in the order form without typing the code.
4. You use the code on the order page before it expires.

4. Prizes and chances

The wheel has six sectors. Five give a discount on one compatibility report; one gives a free second spin.

The sectors are the same size on the wheel, but their chances are not equal. The table above shows the real chances of the first spin.

If the wheel stops on RETROGRADE, your second spin always ends on a discount, with these chances: 25% OFF — 10%, 20% OFF — 20%, 15% OFF — 30%, 10% OFF — 30%, 5% OFF — 10%.

We may change the prizes and chances for future spins. A prize you have already won does not change.

5. The promo code

• One use. A code works for one order of one report.
• 24 hours. A code is valid for 24 hours from the moment the email with it is sent. The email states the exact expiry time. The countdown is real and does not restart.
• Not money. A code has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be combined with another code.
• Transferable. You may pass your code to another person; whoever uses it first uses it up.
• If a payment with the code was started before the expiry time, the code remains valid for that payment for a further 30 minutes.

6. Limits

• Until your prize is used or has expired, spinning again returns the same prize.
• One active code per email address. If you ask for a code while you still have a valid one, we resend the code you already have.
• A prize you have won but not claimed with an email address is kept for 24 hours.
• After a code expires unused, you may spin again 3 days later. After an order paid with a code, you may spin again 30 days later.
• No more than 3 codes are issued to one email address in any 30 days.

7. Fair play

We may refuse or cancel a prize or a code obtained by automated means, by using disposable or multiple email addresses to get around the limits, or by interfering with the site. We may pause or end the promotion at any time; codes already sent remain valid until they expire.

8. Emails and personal data

To send your code we need your email address. By ticking the box under your prize you agree to receive the code and further AstroSynth offers; we send them until you unsubscribe, and every email has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Other terms

Orders made with a promo code are subject to our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. If an order paid with a code is refunded, the amount actually paid is returned and the code is not reissued.

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
