Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Serphot Media Group OÜ ("AstroSynth", "we") for the use of astro-synth.com and for the purchase of our reports. Please read them before you order. By placing an order or using the site you accept them.

2. What we offer

  • Compatibility report. A personalised PDF document based on the birth data of two people: their birth charts, the aspects between them and written explanations. It is delivered by email.
  • Free tools. Calculators and tests on the site that can be used without an account or payment.
  • Articles about astrology and relationships.

3. What astrology is and is not

Our reports and tools are meant for reflection and entertainment. Astrology is not a science and does not predict the future or the outcome of a relationship.

Nothing on the site or in a report is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, money, safety or legal position. For those, speak to a qualified professional.

Parts of the report text are written by an AI language model from the astrological calculations for your two charts. We check the structure and language of the result automatically, but a report may still contain statements you disagree with.

4. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old. By entering another person's birth data you confirm that you are allowed to share it for this purpose.

5. Ordering

  1. You enter the birth data of two people and your email address.
  2. You see the price and pay by card.
  3. Once the payment is confirmed, the contract is concluded and we start producing the report.
  4. The report is sent as a PDF to the email address you gave.

Please check the data before paying: the report is calculated from exactly what you enter. If the birth time is unknown, tick the corresponding box; the parts of the chart that depend on the time are then left out.

6. Price and payment

  • The price is shown on the order page before you pay. It is charged in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees.
  • The price is final: nothing is added at checkout. Where VAT applies, it is included.
  • It is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing is charged again.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

The report is normally sent within a few minutes of payment and in any case within 24 hours. If it has not arrived, first check your spam folder, then write to support@astro-synth.com with the email address used for the order. We will resend it or, if we cannot deliver it, refund you in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online. This right does not apply to digital content once its supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose it.

A report is produced for you immediately after payment. Therefore, before paying, you are asked to agree that we start at once and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal when the report has been supplied. If we have not yet started producing your report, you may still withdraw by writing to us.

This does not limit your rights if the report is faulty: see section 9.

9. If something is wrong with the report

You are entitled to a report that matches its description and the data you entered. If it does not — for example it was produced from data other than what you submitted, is unreadable, incomplete or was never delivered — write to us within a reasonable time. We will correct and resend it free of charge. If we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

10. Promo codes

A promo code reduces the price of one report. Unless its own terms say otherwise, a code can be used once, for one order, before its expiry time, and cannot be combined with another code or exchanged for money. A code issued in a promotion is also subject to the terms of that promotion.

11. Free tools

The free calculators and tests are provided as they are, without charge and without any guarantee that they will remain available. Their results are simplified illustrations and are not a substitute for a full report or for professional advice.

12. Your use of the site and the report

The report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep it, print it and share it with the person it concerns. You may not resell it or present it as your own product.

All texts, designs, illustrations and software of the site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial purposes, scrape the site, try to break its security or use it in a way that harms other users or us.

13. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the report as described. We are not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of astrological content.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

14. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The current version and its date are always on this page.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

If you have a complaint, please write to support@astro-synth.com first; we will try to resolve it within 15 days. If we cannot agree, a consumer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, www.ttja.ee) or to the competent court. The proceedings of the committee are free of charge for consumers.
