Refund Policy

A compatibility report is digital content made for you from the data you enter. It is produced immediately after payment and delivered by email. Because of that it cannot be "returned" the way goods can, but you are fully protected if we fail to deliver what you paid for.
When we refund in full
- The report did not arrive. If you have not received it within 24 hours of payment and we cannot deliver it after you contact us.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The report is faulty and we cannot fix it. For example it was produced from data other than what you submitted, the file cannot be opened or pages are missing — and a corrected copy does not solve the problem.
- You cancel before we start. If you write to us before the report has been produced, we cancel the order and refund you.
When we correct instead
If you made a mistake in the birth data (a wrong date, time or city), write to us within 14 days of the order. We will produce one corrected report free of charge.
When we do not refund
- The report was delivered and matches the data you entered, but you no longer want it or disagree with its interpretation.
- More than 14 days have passed since delivery, unless the report is faulty.
For consumers in the European Union: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once a digital product has been supplied with your prior consent and acknowledgement, which you give on the order page before paying. Your legal rights in case of a faulty product are not affected.
How to ask
Write to support@astro-synth.com from the email address used for the order, or include that address, the date of the order and a short description of the problem. We answer within 2 business days.
How the refund is paid
Approved refunds are sent to the card used for the payment through Stripe. We issue them within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take up to 10 further business days to show the money on your account. Refunds are made in US dollars for the amount charged; we cannot compensate for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank.
Promo codes
If an order paid with a promo code is refunded, the amount actually paid is returned. A used promo code is not reissued.
